I'm an accomplished, eight-time author, journalist, copywriter, editor and recipe tester and developer. I have forged longstanding relationships with esteemed, diverse clients, including Global Fortune 500 and Fortune 500 companies, in industries from culinary and travel to emerging technologies, data science, healthcare, entertainment, retail, beauty, automotive, interior design and architecture.

Whether I’m creating results-driven, direct-mail pieces and brochures; digital ads; website content; social media posts; consumer-facing or B2B emails; scripts; blogs; or CEO speeches, I deliver copy strategically tailored to each audience. Whether it’s a print or Facebook ad, product copy, web content, an email campaign or radio spot, my big-picture ideas are backed by impactful copy.

My client list includes PwC, Kohler, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, United Airlines, Google, Accenture, American Airlines Cargo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Target, Radio Flyer, Abercrombie & Kent, Ulta Beauty, Land Rover, Wyndham Worldwide, Avanade, Priceline, Orbitz Worldwide and Bridgestone/Firestone. As a technical writer, I also penned United States Congress-bound collateral for Argonne National Laboratory's Joint Center for Energy Research; training manuals for Blue Cross Blue Shield; and B2C and B2B collateral for Teladoc, Aetna, Discovery Health Partners and Ajilitee.

Meanwhile, as a culinary copywriter for United Airlines' Polaris Business Class program — a premium pre-flight and in-flight experience — I tested recipes and edited its upcoming cookbook in conjunction with Charlie Trotter's not-for-profit, The Trotter Project. My other published books include "Easy Mexican Food Favorites," "The Meat Lovers' Slow Cooker Cookbook," the first and second editions of "Food Lovers' Guide to Chicago" and "Chicago Select." I regularly develop recipes for clients, including gourmet purveyor Woodland Foods, Wolf/Sub-Zero, Sugar in the Raw, Stubb’s Bar-B-Q, SunBasket, Boxed and Dove. Previously, I served as a recipe columnist for James Beard Award-nominated website Serious Eats, too. I have also managed social media accounts, penned SEO content, lectured on journalism and appeared on national news, podcasts and radio as a culinary expert.
